Are you a DIY-er to the max? Independent and have a plan and just need an awesome space to have some fun? 
We offer our party space for just this occasion! You are in charge of everything, including set-up and clean-up. Bring your own cake, activities, and decorations, and have a fantastic time! 

Max party size: 50 people
Hourly rate: $55/hr with a 2-hour minimum 

(this includes set-up and clean-up times, so please plan accordingly) 

An additional $100 cleaning deposit will be taken at the time of booking and will be returned after check-out if the room is back in its original condition.
