🎨 After School Art Club – Fall 2025 Series
Grades K–6 | Wednesdays | 4:30–6:00 PM
Each month, we’ll explore a different art medium through hands-on, age-appropriate projects. From drawing to sculpture to textiles, students will develop artistic skills, try new tools, and have tons of creative fun. All supplies are included.✏️ August – Drawing & Illustration Basics (2 sessions)
We’re starting small with sketching, shading, and storytelling! Students will explore characters, doodles, and dynamic linework using pencils, markers, pens, and more. Great for beginners or kids who love to draw!
🧩 September – Mixed Media Mash-Up
This month is all about layering and combining! We’ll blend paint, paper, fabric, found objects, and more to create rich, textured pieces. From collages to experimental art, students will learn how to mix materials and make bold creative choices.
🧱 October – Sculpture & 3D Art (5 sessions)
Get ready to build! Students will work with clay, paper mache, cardboard, and recycled materials to create sculptures and structures. We’ll focus on form, balance, and creativity in three dimensions.
🖨 November – Printmaking Studio (3 sessions)
A fan favorite! Students will learn basic printmaking techniques like stamping, monoprinting, and relief printing. We'll explore pattern, repetition, and layering — perfect for curious kids who love satisfying, hands-on processes.
🧵 December – Textile Arts & Fiber Fun (3 sessions)
We’re wrapping up the year with soft, tactile creativity! Students will learn basic sewing, weaving, and fabric arts using felt, yarn, embroidery hoops, and more. Cozy, calming, and totally creative — a perfect way to end the semester.
After School Art Club
A class cancellation notice received less than seven days prior to the event date is not subject to a refund. The customer will be provided an opportunity to reschedule to a later class that is similar in content within one month from the date that the original reservation was made. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the difference in class costs if the future class is more expensive in nature than the
rescheduled class. Cancellation of a class outside of the seven-day window is subject to a full refund or rescheduling to a later date. Classes that are missed by the customer are not subject to refund or rescheduling except at the sole discretion of First City Creatives Staff.
