Ready to level up your sewing skills? In this intermediate bucket hat class, you'll learn how to create a stylish, fully lined bucket hat while building confidence with pattern construction, curved seams, topstitching, and finishing techniques. It's the perfect project to take your sewing beyond the basics, and you'll leave with a handmade hat you'll actually want to wear.
This class meets for three sessions, giving you plenty of time to learn each step, practice new techniques, and complete a polished finished hat. Basic sewing machine experience is recommended, as we'll be building on foundational sewing skills.

Please bring two cotton fabrics one half yard each for the hat. We recommend checking out the many quilt shops locally.

A class cancellation notice received less than seven days prior to the event date is not subject to a refund. The customer will be provided an opportunity to reschedule to a later class that is similar in content within one month from the date that the original reservation was made. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the difference in class costs if the future class is more expensive in nature than the
rescheduled class. Cancellation of a class outside of the seven-day window is subject to a full refund or rescheduling to a later date. Classes that are missed by the customer are not subject to refund or rescheduling except at the sole discretion of First City Creatives Staff.
