This weekly beginning watercolor class is designed to introduce students to foundational watercolor techniques through a fun, exploratory, and low-pressure approach. Each session will focus on new techniques and stylistic methods, encouraging experimentation and creative confidence across a wide range of subject matter. Students will learn core skills such as brush handling, paint-to-water ratios, color mixing, layering and glazing, wet-on-wet and wet-on-dry techniques, and basic composition. Classes will incorporate both guided instruction and open practice time to support individual growth and artistic discovery.
