Leavenworth Witch Hunt

DUE TO POPULAR DEMAND! We had SO much fun for the Duck Hunt, we are hosting another Downtown Scavenger Hunt, but this time, with a spooky twist! Our teams will be out finding clues and collecting ingredients for their special Witches Brew! We have a bunch of new fun twists planned, but the same amount (if not more) FUN! This is a family-friendly event that had teams of all ages giggling and making memories!

We are also hosting a Witches Ball immediately following the event with music, snacks, and drinks from 11WorthStation!

HOW IT WORKS:  

Sign up as a Team, Teams will consist of 4-6 people (larger families are welcome to stay together)  Don't have 4 people? Make some new friends or invite your new neighbor! (or reach out to us, we love making new friends!)  

Wait for your Team Log-in Email  We will be sending out an email the night before the event with all the log-in information for the Event, this event does require you to download a third-party app on a device that can connect to the internet and has photo ability during the gameplay.   

Add your Team name and photo to the Event on the App

There will be points for creativity! (but stay family-friendly please)

Decide on costumes! As a team or Solo, It's Halloween Afterall!

 

Show up at 6PM with your Team to First City Creatives to receive your game bag and additional rules and information   630PM The Hunt is ON!

Clues posted on the app will go live and lead you on an adventure around Downtown Leavenworth! Finish as many clues as you can before time runs out! And keep an eye out for special pop-up side quests to get your team extra points! The top-scoring teams win so fun prizes!  Competing with kiddos? Take your time, while there is an end time for the event, that doesn't mean you are out of the running if you are slow, the rules are made up, but it's the points that matter! 

**This event is happening after sunset, because of that the game area will be slightly smaller than the Duck Hunt for safety**

 

8pm Event ends!  Teams will meet back at First City Creatives by 830pm for prizes and other fun. Not a top-scoring team? don't get down, you might still win something! 

STAY FOR THE AFTER PARTY at the WITCHES BALL! 

We will have snacks, activities and for the grown-up witches, a Witches Brew beer made by 11Station Brewhouse!

 Some Rules: 

Please feel free to enter businesses throughout the event if they are open (some clues even require it) But please be respectful of the staff and other customers. 

Businesses have the right to ask you to leave if you are being an issue.    

Judges have the final say in all decisions   

Teams must stay together through the event, many clues will require images of the whole team to count.  

Remember this is for FUN. We love some good competition, but let's all play nice and have a good time.
